Do Not Rent From These People. Telford is in a really terrible neighborhood that isn't getting any better. Not to mention maintenance takes weeks to come and look at a problem no matter how serious. And worst of all is management who constantly lie to you and try to take every dollar they can from you. It took me three months to get my security deposit back because of excuse after excuse and when I did it was 125 less than what the manager promised multiple times with no explanation other than 'whoops'. We moved in under the previous owners and were glad when it was bought out by the new people. The new owner is making much needed changes. Mike, the manager, is friendly and just awesome. Wished we could have stayed in the area since they are good people. If I ever move back to the area I will rent there again.
Markham Development purchased the property February 2018. I am the manager of this property. 2 of the recent negative comments are from the same unit. They failed to move out on time and left the place with clutter causing a charge which resulted in less of a deposit returned to them. Their over 1 week late move also resulted in renovations being delayed and running behind on the unit.
