Bad business practices. We switched nav companies, and this company continued to bill us. Never a follow-up. I called to cancel, and they refused without written consent. Once sent, they then decided, after a year of equipment not being used, that they wanted their equipment back and what was "easiest" was to just let them charge us $100. FYI, we switched because their service was problematic.

We had these devices installed in our vehicles in December 2020. All of our vehicles are late model pick **** Within a couple weeks of installation we started having problems, many of which left multiple mechanics stumped as to the origin. Now several different vehicles have all had problems with the **** transmission control module. 7 of 12 of our vehicles have had some kind of electronic issue since installation, that continue even after removal. We had used Teletrac, From June off 2018 – May of 2019, of the many problems we reported to Teletrac, I have included 2 specific examples that in my opinion not only demonstrate the lackadaisical approach Teletrac takes in resolving our issues, but also provides the reasons, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that Teletrac did not resolve our issues within a timely fashion. Zero stars would be the appropriate review for this company. From the shotty website that only works half of the time, to there terrible customer service, Teletrac is the absolute worst company to work with. We have been with Teletrac for years, and when we needed new equipment put in our trucks no one ever came out. When we called to follow up with them they said that our office manager emailed them and said we cancelled, WHICH WAS A COMPLETE LIE! We finally had enough. Nothing but constant run around. I have documentation that they got my request to cancel service in December of 2018, yet they are going to take me to collections for a Bill from March 2019 to May 2019! I returned 2 of 4 units 2 years ago and they made me keep paying for them! When I actually got ahold of a human on the phone, they kept sending me to someone else to figure out how to cancel my servcie. 5 transfers and no one knew how to start the unsubcribeprocess! Contract Scam Artist - Play all kinds of games with auto renew without authorization. Software issues and conflicts. would not recommend services with this company and the games they are playing.

STAY FAR AWAY! The install techs Shaved off prongs to jimmy rig the wiring into my truck. I have 31 fleet vehicles, i wonder what other vehicles they did this too.... I have been fighting for 3 weeks now to get this resolved. All they do it open Tickets and have new people call asking the same questions opening MORE TICKETS. They are charging me for ELD DVIR when i am HOS only. and they installed half GPS and half Tablets when we request all gps all ELD DVIR... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Run while you can
