Love the place. when I had insurance issues the therpists worked with me and my family. I have no complaints or concerns at all with any of the therapists each of us see here. I am always greeted and welcomed by receptionist and other staff members. Environment is calm, clean and accommodating. I have had nothing but good experiences. My daughter is getting great help and tools provided to her. They are kind, the office is warm and clean. I have nothing but good things to say.
I gave this place a chance because I was personally referred but I recommend you listen to the reviews unlike me. This place basically robbed me through being incompetent. I had insurance which I provided to them. Every appointment I would ask if I owed anything and the front desk worker would say “nope nothing has come back that you owe.” So I continued coming for appointments believing they are covered by my insurance because this is what I was initially told and how I was being communicated with after every appointment. I do not recommend this place, the front desk lady is highly combative will withhold information and they will charge your card without any communication, the therapist are pretty good for the most part but I’m leaving this place and will not be returning.
I've been with my therapist now for around 7 years and due to this offices new policy of requiring you to not only change your password every 6 months they require you to change your username and create an entirely new profile. This policy is not only ridiculous but also super obnoxious because it requires me to resign all forms, it requires me to delete the previous user names from my auto login from chrome and my phones password vault and I lose all previous information from the old accounts.
