Would select ZERO star if I could. Do not waste your time on it. you have no idea how long to wait although you have your appointment confirmed, and you have no idea they will call you or not.
Save your breath and just call a walk in clinic, cause a walk in clinic will give you what you need with none of the "oh we can't do that over the phone"
