I learned many things and my experiences included nutrition, weight management, pain management, mindfulness, gentle chair exercises, and meditation. And I also made some new friends that understand what i'm going through, and getting out of the house is also beneficial as I have no transportation and am unable to walk a block. Thank you for asking.
We've been with open door for years and have other than not being able to keep doctors in the area, they have provided very good care for me and my family. We appreciate Open Door and we highly recommend.
Just a all around friendly staff very knowledgeable, and clean facility
I love that I am heard and respected. As someone with chronic illness I often get minimized or overlooked so it is refreshing to feel seen and understood
