I write this as a highly satisfied tenant of 4 and a half years! For starters, the architecture and its functionality were avante guard when built in 1964 and retain those qualities even today and beyond. It's stunning overall in offering studios (some renovated), a large, secure garage, a jaw dropping sundeck with an expansive view of the Golden Gate Bridge and a couple of more spacious one bedroom units. I moved to Telegraph Hill last April, and I find the apartment staff to be very responsible and warm-hearted. They always resolve issues as quickly as possible. One notable instance was on a Saturday evening when I had a problem with my door lock. It was already 5:30 PM, which was close to closing time. Dani at the office immediately called the maintenance staff, Miguel, after learning about the situation. Building doesn't enforce "no smoking" and "no pets" rules, so the hallways smell and there are dogs barking through the night. Management is disorganized (leasing agent will show up 1 hour late to your scheduled tour, or not show up at all). Lease documents are ambiguous so Greystar can neglect to maintain a pleasant living environment without facing any repercussions. Bella zona da cui avere una bella vista su San Francisco (noi non abbiamo fatto la Coit Tower, dalla quale la vista deve essere ancora più bella). Carino arrivarci a piedi per poi scendere verso il mare dalle scalette (es. Filbert steps) nel verde che quasi ricorda una foresta tropicale. Davvero caratteristico.
