RecommendedFor years we have put up with intermittent connection or slowness that was unbearable. From Hughes Net to Verizon to not being able to get Comcast in our area we have been so frustrated, not being connected like everyone else in the modern world. FINALLY we have a great connection! Really worked with us to get service to our remote house. Service is pretty reliable and the best option we have. Always responds to issues with service.
Okay so without creating a super long post, I changed my recommendation from no to yes. We were having issues and I wasn’t happy with the phone in customer service. But, when Kristen S. Got involved, stuff got handled. She emailed, called and drove to my home. We worked online and at my house with the tech dept at the office to run scans and figure things out. While there were local issues (they fixed these), it appears the a big issue was my wireless dog collar. So we figured it out and she helped us fix all of the issues. ... read more
