Keep away from this company. Last Mother's Day, I purchased some flowers for my mother that were not delivered. I didn't receive a notification that they would arrive late or that there was any kind of issue on their end. If I hadn't followed up with my mother about the flowers, I would have never known -- they would have simply taken my money without delivering the flowers. An American Webb site that masquerades as a local florist. I prefer going direct to a local florist rather than a website. My arrangement wasn’t the same as advertised as not all flowers were available. No need to give them a cut of the action.

If I could give zero stars I would! Very disappointing service. Completely unreliable and dishonest. They will charge you a premium fee for a specific time and date delivery, and even if ordered with more than enough time in advance, expect your delivery to not arrive, to not be given a reason why, and to be lied to about not being able to access a building that is definitely accessible. Knowing full well that access information was provided in advance. Terrible!

I ordered flowers three days in advance for a friend's birthday, expecting a timely and thoughtful surprise. Unfortunately, I only discovered the flowers hadn't been delivered when I checked the order status the following morning. There was no prior notification or update, which made the situation even more disappointing. This really took away from what was meant to be a special gesture.

It's incredibly frustrating. I ordered a Mother's Day surprise for my mother and received an email saying it was hand-delivered today, May 11, 2025. However, she hasn't received anything, and my surprise has been spoiled.
