I ordered flowers three days in advance for a friend's birthday, expecting a timely and thoughtful surprise. Unfortunately, I only discovered the flowers hadn't been delivered when I checked the order status the following morning. There was no prior notification or update, which made the situation even more disappointing. This really took away from what was meant to be a special gesture.

It's incredibly frustrating. I ordered a Mother's Day surprise for my mother and received an email saying it was hand-delivered today, May 11, 2025. However, she hasn't received anything, and my surprise has been spoiled.

ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO PURCHASER FLOWERS FROM!!! they charge high prices for the " premium" then you get the smallest bouquet, which the flowers arent even close to the picture and most are broken and ugly. they cancel the orders and have no reason why and dont contact the customer beforehand. they representatives they hire and completely useless and incompetent and cannot help in any way. i do not recommend using this company to purchase flowers.

The placement of my order was complicated and tedious. Did not get a delivery on the day promised. So I called back to cancel the order. Not sure what will happen with my Mastercard charge. Floraqueen claimed to reimburse within 2 to 10 days, but I feel very uncomfortable about this whole encounter. I will phone my Mastercard to not allow for that charge to go thru.

I ordered a Arrangement and got less than a standard, which was two tears down. Horrible, horrible, horrible arrangements and so misleading.
