After Providence found out that because they failed to change my son after he tried to call himself and he almost killed himself again then I'm going to sue them they set me up while they took my son into custody in the telecare system my sons you were able to choose where he wants to go and he's telling them he wants to go home and Paula and Lori for Laura forcing him to stay in the system and I've reported them to the compliance and to telecare from the state of Washington and to law enforcement
My daughter has been there for 2 days, she has stated she doesn't feel safe. She doesn't feel heard. She wants to come back home. My husband and I both told them in no way is she a danger to herself. Being isolated with NO outlet or her coping mechanisms. Now, they have taken away her ability to see her family that make her feel safe all because the staff lied about me and my husband not wanting to leave after visiting hours. However, someone else had visitors until 10pm. We need a lawyer!!!!!
Be wary of this facility. Great staff, but not enough. I did not feel safe in this facility and was on the floor with individuals who had physically harmed others in the facility. I had also experienced verbal abuse from another patient repeatedly. It was not a therapeutic environment and the staff there will even agree. I was kept in the facility for two weeks despite staff agreeing that the facility was no longer beneficial to me.
