I am so grateful for Telecare South and the staff, my case managers treated me with dignity and respect, they helped me with housing, transportation and counselints. I have a testimony that they really care for their clients. Telecare staff and Dr.P and nurse Joanna were very professional and caring Thank you all Telecare personnel , Allison and Anastacia my case managers.
Edit: I went to a 65 day therapeutic residential treatment program for PTSD/Anxiety. I was discharged from telecare so there wasn't a duplicate of services. I was told I would be able to re-enroll upon leaving the residential program. I have contacted telecare on numerous medications, left messages with my previous case worker and for almost a month now, there has been no response. I have been left without a psychiatrist or therapist for almost a month now, despite trying to get back into their services. Their director here ... read more
