Very caring & dedicated staff.
Please believe me. I stayed in this so called hospital and I am horrified that places like this still exist ! The facility itself is worst than a downtown fleabag hotel. Patients walking around like zombies in freezing cold rooms and hard cots and lighted rooms you share with who knows make it impossible to sleep. I was discharged from this hell after two days, as the doctor there agreed with me said I certainly did not belong there. I cannot believe the city/state let this place continue in business !
Telecare ConRep Fact are very professional, compassionate with their member. I witnessed it first hand .
Phone number goes to a fax machine. Do you not want loved ones to get a hold of their relatives?? Typical mental health "care" with Telecare. They just want your $$$.
