i dont see how anyone can rate this place a five star! ive been with telecare changes now for obouit ten years. Now i cant speak for all of telecare corp but i can speak for the office im a part of in oakalnd ca in east mont mall.I mean they ,must be hiding behing the police because the police station is in the same complex. I dont see how anyone can support this office.They bill your insurance company for services at the highest level and you get nothing...There judgemental,lazy,and DONT CARE.
