I have mixed feelings giving Tel5 an excellent review here. That happened to my previous IT support and it went downhill as they got super busy which is why we switched to Tel5 in the first place. We have dealt with 2 different IT support prior to this and we have never had the level of service Tel5 provides to our practice.
