4 Stars I am a prospect. I viewed Tel Twelve apartments last week and had an awesome experience. The staff is very friendly and the residents that I came across on my tour of the community seemed to be rather pleasant as well. I am strongly considering moving here.

terrible This property is very poorly managed. The communication is terrible and the rules aren’t consistent. I have a doctors note to have a dog and the complex denied it and threatened to put me out. Months later I see someone with dogs on the property everyday after. They need new management asap
