BUYER BEWARE! I sent 3 scales to be calibrated by Tektronix in Tulsa. They had them for less than a day and rejected all 3 scales (these were brand new $2,000 scales BTW) as "out of tolerance". They then charged me for all 3 calibrations (over $600!). I then immediately took these same BRAND NEW scales to another calibration company and they calibrated 2 of the 3 without issue. Tektronix refused to make it right and are crooks as far as I'm concerned. I will NEVER do any business with this entity again! Look elsewhere first ... read more
