It's really frustrating dealing with them. I'v tried reaching out multiple times, but they rarely answer calls. Their recruiters open and read emails but never respond. I've applied to several jobs through their portal and never received any updates. I even submitted a contact form and still heard nothing back. If they can’t deliver the support they're supposed to, what's the point of having their system in the first place?

Very unprofessional. There have been multiple times when a recruiter from there reaches out to me on LinkedIn to set up a call or interview and then they don't follow through with the call or interview. It's very strange, especially if they are the ones reaching out to me. I reach back out to them and no reply. The only person that seemed to really care was a recruiter named Hannah but she's on leave. I will not be dealing with them in the future. It's frustrating as someone who is actively looking for employment.

Told them I really wasn't really feeling a certain company, and then the recruiter tried to push me into driving an hour to interview for it anyways. I had to reach out to other people at the company to tell them how upset I was in order to get them to respect my own decision. I have used them before with success, but recently I feel like the quality has certainly taken a hit.
