After passing every background check and signing a contract for a position with their client, Facebook Canada, the offer was suddenly rescinded solely due to my nationality. Experiencing outright discrimination at this stage of a professional hiring process is completely unacceptable and a clear violation of Canadian labor standards.
Recruiter named Vaibhav A from TekSystems, called me and interviewed my for a position, later after sending my documents, he ghosted me. No reply over email or call. It seems very unprofessional. Please check with your team and respond back.

literally the worst job agency to work with. I applied to a contract role with them, recruiter was Jasmine M. Who really seems cluesless about everything, the questions she asked had nothing to do with the role, the salary she mentioned was not aligned and had to go back and check on it a few times. They made an offer which I accepted. Then came all the background checks, and I was passed along to Miereh H, she was never available to take any calls, is not able to trouble shoot or problem solve anything.
