1st bad sign - beer cans on counter "Warren" smelled like beer and throw up. 2nd - Reciept from EBay for a part he bought for $5 tried pasted on to me as new for $75. Which tells me he is acamming customers. 3rd - Sign holder says "warren" lives here and pays people under the table to work and seen him selling drugs. I'm glad I took my computer out when I did.

I WISH I READ THE "YELP" REVIEWS BEFORE DROPPING OFF MY DAUGHTER'S MACBOOK AIR. My husband was told by the owner that he could repair a cracked LCD screen. I think these guys are very smart, genius and made me a happy customer!After my beautiful daughter dropped my computer down some stairs and cracked the hard drive I thought I needed a whole new computer! This @@sh*les promised you to fix your computer in a couple of days but it will turn out that they can't fix it. Don't go to this place and I don't think they know what they're doing. I could've fix it myself. This place take interns and I think they make their interns fix your computer which are not experienced. PLs. Pls. don't go to this place don't support this place. Very professional service. These guys saved the day by retrieving data from an old Windows XP that we thought was lost. TekPro saved our data and restored photos, documents and family history files. We loved the flat price fee. They did a lot of work for only $89. Would definitely go back to this company again. Completely unprofessional, took then over 3 weeks to replace a dc jack after saying they would get it done in one afternoon, and they scratched my laptop screen in the process. It's not even worth taking it back to them simply because I don't ever want to deal with them again. The guy sits out there smoking cigarettes and drinking beer outside rather than fixing your issues. I'm not joking, deal with these people at your own risk.

Don't go here under any circumstances! I took my two year old Dell computer here for repair and they kept wanting to jack the price up on me, they removed my hard drive and made data back ups of my stuff and replaced my Dell's 680 gig hard drive with an old 100 Gig Fujitsu hard drive with pornographic Anime on it from an Acer computer. I feel like they took advantage of me because I'm a woman and they probably didn't think I was going to ask around for another opinion.
