I have known Michael Pearce personally for over 30 years and have always found him to be knowledgeable, competent, honest, and easy to work with. He is very aware of his areas of expertise and will come out and tell you if he's not the right guy for the job. These qualities (plus a great sense of humor!) makes him the best kind of contractor!! I highly recommend him.
