My computer wasn’t working. That is all I knew. Called Tekease and they returned my call the same day. Quickly set up an appointment. They come out and service or take it with them. Took mine on a Friday afternoon. I had it back by Thursday morning. When it was returned, it was reconnected to the internet and both printers. That right there is worth a lot to me!! It runs better than ever. Definitely would recommend and use again.
