He should be let loose in a zoo because he has the customer service of a hyena. He breaks equipment on purpose, drinks (open bottle of wine visible to customers upon entering the store) on the premises while working, and quite frankly is a big bully!!!! Does not know what he is doing! Please go wherever you bought your equipment to have it repaired!!!
I went to the store to get my phone fixed, Daniel Bath, IT Service Manager, stated he was going to order a new part for my iPhone SE which would be available the next week. He contacted me the next day said that the phone was fixed. When I showed him that the phone was still having issues he called me a cheapskate, told me to get the hell out of the store said i wasted his time.
