Tek 1 & Jason are great. They helped us get our heat pump back in action after a compressor failed. They even handle warranty claims on items that they are authorized resellers for. Thank you so much for saving us from these big box places that want to gouge you and mislead you into spending tens of thousands of dollars on things you don't need. Seriously please keep at your craft. Tek 1 is amazing.

A few months ago, during a maintenance inspection of my heat pump, it was determined that I needed some expensive maintenance. It was either that or I could purchase a new unit. Later that same day, I got a quote from that company for a new Trane heat pump. I thought their price was much too high. My AC stopped working while I was under quarantine for Covid. Two other companies, who will remain nameless in this review, refused to help me. Tek 1 did not hesitate! In fact, they showed up in an hour of calling and followed protocols to keep themselves safe while working at my home. I can not tell you how grateful I am for such a caring and helpful company! They have completely earned my business!
