Her office took three weeks to return a call. Red flag for me. I would not want that response for my General practitioner. Essence Healthcare and Mercy are now questionable to me.
This is a very disrespectful dr. No patience with her elderly patients. She was very rude and insulting to my brother, and me as well.
Dr. Nayak is an AMAZING doctor! She's been my primary care doc for about a year now, and I can't say enough good things about her. She is extremely kind and patient. She asks a lot of questions and gives me plenty of time to talk. I have never felt rushed when seeing her. She also does a great job talking through options for my care.
She is an amazing Dr. I’ve been going to her for many years now :) couldn’t ask for a nicer dr :) the staff is absolute sweethearts :) they are so kind, understanding ect :)
