They were friendly, helpful, and worked with me to try to adjust the price. Ultimstrly I chose a car from anothet Dealer eith different features.
I was treated fairly and the experience was satisfying.
Although I didn’t purchase a car from this dealer, the salesperson was very attentive and quick to call me.
Me and my family drove over 3 hours to look at a vehicle that was described as "100% solid, no issues" only to find that it had significant problems that would cost several thousand $ to repair. Chrome trim broken and falling off, malfunctioning tire sensors, non-functioning backup sensors, deep dent in the passenger side rocker panel, rotten weather stripping, wheels mis-aligned, etc. After pointing out that the car was not in fact "100% solid" the salesperson left to go attend to another customer for 40 minutes! They were very good about contacting me. I have not had a chance to call this dealership back due to my hectic work schedule right now. I basically wanted to know if this vehicle was still available and they answered back saying that it was.
