Just from the initial consultation I was turned off. I pay my insurance through my employer but there are records from when Medicaid was my only coverage. His Resident walked in and plopped down with no explanation (obviously he wasn't) Dr. Patel. He began to examine my foot. "He explained matter of factly) oh I'm HIS resident." I had surgery on my Ankle October of 2020, held Dr Patel at the at most high in my book! He seemed to be very caring and showed empathy. Dr Patel assured me he could fix my Ankle it was just a fracture and some arthritis. I discussed with me he would have students in the OR with him I said that’s fine but didn’t want them doing the surgery just him. After surgery I went therapy in my second week I started feeling tingly and some numbness in my toes and so I told the therapist she advised me to let my surgent know. I contacte... read more
Great Dr even when you get in to see him plan most of the day, never on time and sit for hours waiting. He's a good surgeon and Dr though just too many patients and never on time.
