Our daughter spent 40 days in the nicu and had a few areas that she was flagged for needing some extra help in during her early intervention assessment—our OT Mia assigned through TEIS was AWESOME! We are so grateful for Annie and the incredible care she provided to our toddler during her physical therapy journey. 10/10 recommend TEIS! Our therapists helped us advocate for our child. They communicated with us and her doctors/clinicians so well. They find ways to make therapy fun and exciting. Our daughter would not be where she is today without them. I trust their opinions, they really do want what is best for our child and they genuinely care. I can't imagine having a better experience with Erin & TEIS for my daughter for PT. When my daughter qualified for the program I had many questions and I felt a lot of uncertainty but all of my nerves were eased throughout our journey thanks to Erin. Erin truly cares about my daughter and has helped me navigate through tough times. She is the BEST!
As new parents, bringing a child with craniosynostosis back home from the NICU, we were a little terrified. We were not entirely sure we were taking care of him correctly on our own.
