I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I feel the doctor takes his time with me and really listens to my concerns.They usually return my phone calls quickly. I usually get a prompt answer to my questions! Sometimes I've had to call them back to get an answer, but usually they call me!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them, or the fact that I have good insurance and can afford my treatments. I felt as though I was in their way and that they had better things to do than see to my patient needs, after all, that's what I am paying for!!
