I have been receiving massage for many years now and have seen a variety of providers but Tegan has been one of the best RMTs I have ever received body work from! She comes into every session with her kind, grounded presence. She has diverse skill sets and approaches to the body work she provides and is highly skilled in her assessment. It was such relief to find Tegan when I was recovering from a back injury. I saw many different RMTs and she was the first one who really understood the symptoms I was describing. Her treatments made huge difference to my pain levels and the exercises and stretches that she recommended actually made a difference! I always enjoy my sessions with Tegan and feel so well cared for. Highly recommend for complex issues, general maintenance, and everything in between.

Tegan has been my RMT of choice for the past couple of years, and always exceeds any kind of expectation I could have. She has a real knack for finding problem areas you may not know you even have; and it's very common to leave a session feeling more relief than you even thought you would! Highly recommended.
It was a wonderful experience, as always! I really enjoyed the cranial massage and it helped release tension in my forehead and alleviate pressure built up from migraines. Tegan is a present communicator who really listens and caters the treatment to specific needs/areas. I appreciate how Tegan checks in often. Looking forward to my next session!
