Tegan is a wonderful practitioner! Through very warm and attentive care, her massages are deeply grounding. Beyond the physical benefits, it’s invaluable to work with someone whose process I trust and with whom I feel completely at ease. I always look forward to appointments with Tegan!!

It was such relief to find Tegan when I was recovering from a back injury. I saw many different RMTs and she was the first one who really understood the symptoms I was describing. Her treatments made huge difference to my pain levels and the exercises and stretches that she recommended actually made a difference! I always enjoy my sessions with Tegan and feel so well cared for. Highly recommend for complex issues, general maintenance, and everything in between.

Tegan has been my RMT of choice for the past couple of years, and always exceeds any kind of expectation I could have.
