Was on Medicaid site but does not accept Medicaid. She charges 180 a visit but 100 for me since I payed cash. She wouldn't listen to my complaints about side effects and lied about what meds I was being put on. She actually put me on a med regimen that led to hospitalization in the past. There's a dog in the office too. Seemed to care more about it than me. Dirty office too.

I called to schedule a first patient appointment and spoke to a Mr. McClain who was very nice and helpful, which was a relief after trying to get appointments at other practices. Unfortunately I had to cancel the appointment but I couldn't reach anyone by phone so I left a message. The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I had to call consistently to get my medications called in and when I said something about it her reply was “well it’s always something isn’t it”! After three visits she still didn’t know who I was and then she confused my chart with another patient’s and mixed my notes up with his.

I get the negative reviews - this is admittedly the weirdest doctor's office I've ever been to. So, I'm omitting a star to be fair on that point. That said, I've seen countless therapists/psych doctors and after thirty or so years Dr. Kelly is the only one who has actually prescribed medication that effectively treats my issue. He listens to me, we schedule follow-ups accordingly, and I do feel like we are working as a team to ensure things continue on the right track. I really feel uncomfortable putting even 1 star, however I believe I had to rate before I could review. My mother attends this practice and I have to say I am very disappointed to say the least. She is having reactions to the medications that she has been put on and she has turned into a totally different person and we cannot even reach the office to do something about this!
