Made a ticket with my home warranty around 9pm through these guys and they called me the next morning with an appointment same day! Super helpful and ID'd the problem and was able to fix within 1hr. Would go through these guys again with my AC issues.
LaRon came out to my rental property via home warranty referral. He was great. The issue was difficult to diagnose. And he took the time to continue to find it and repair it after several days of troubleshooting. He explained to myself and tenant what was occurring and was available to answer our messages. He was great, and the work he did to fix the unit was difficult and he likely saved me a headache of trying to replace and found the issue. Highly recommend.
LaRon was really great. Came on a Sunday to help get our HVAC back online. Super professional and efficient. We will continue to use Teflon.
