The salon is very good, and they did right by me, but Jessie gave me the WORST haircut i've ever had, and I knew I was in trouble when she pulled my hair in a ponytail and nonchalantly cut off at least 8 inches. My hair is 4 inches shorter than I wanted and I hate the style. I am devastated. I cry every time I look at it. While a co worker did a great job fixing the cut, and the salon did not charge me a penny, which is really admirable, I have to deal with a short cut that doesn't work for me and what took 2 years to grow o... read more
