This office has issues with their billing department. They do not send invoices when they (or their system) say that they did and then call and want to collect bills form 18 months ago. But wait! Don't get upset with them because they will just hang up on you. Then, when you call the supervisor, she says that she tells them to hang up because there is no reason for them to put up with that.
