This place is nearly always packed, and with good reason. This restaurant has been the place for "gringos" to enjoy good Mexican food, good company and potent potables. The stone walls and lack of windows make it a bit cave-like, but the bright orange booths give it a zip of fiesta color and an unpretentious feel. Known for the Green Corn Tamales and Chile Rellenos, it also offers burros, chimichangas and tasty margaritas.

Been going to Tee Pee my whole life I can't remember ever not going to Tee Pee and I'm in my 30's now! Great food, and comfortable homey feel. Some of the waiters have been there for so long, you always recognize the employees, making it a true Family restaurant. I usually get a chicken fajita salad or The Presidential Special. Oh Yea..... I did get to meet President Bush there that night. Very cool.
I've been dining at the Tee Pee since I was in pre-school. Excellent food and caring service. My favorite is the Green Chili Burro w/ a side of beans. Try everything on the menu, you can't go wrong. Lots of televisions in the bar if you want to watch a game as well.
