I use to love this place however the standards have failed . If it wasn’t for Mandy and Kevin I’m sure they would have zero service… please do better Tee nails. I expect nothing but an awesome experience when I spend my hard working money at your business…

Went there to get my nails done ,lady at front desk seemed nice. Asked what I wanted said no problem, I asked how long the wait. She says right now, I'll do for u. First desk on the left, sit down start buffing my nails no more than 2min says oh my client is here you have to go wait. If you knew you had a client coming in as if I'm not one,why start doing my nails and ask me all of what you did. U advertise walk in but appointment is needed. I recently had a disappointing experience at this salon. The technician who worked on my nails was quite rude, making unnecessary and unflattering comments about my toes. Despite the poor service, I felt pressured to leave a tip, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, I had requested a full set, but the technician simply covered my existing set, which was not what I asked for. Overall, the service was subpar and the experience left me feeling dissatisfied.
