We’ve been going to tee Hayes for 48 years and we love going here
I called to place a order at 8:15a was left on hold for 20 mins and when I called to speak to a manager she hung up on me—-I would not recommend this place at all!!
Excellent choice for breakfast. The biscuits and gravy stick to your ribs for days!!!

Called in a to go order at 9 o’clock today and was told 15 minutes. I sat in the restaurant for 35 minutes passed the 15, waiting for my to go order no hostess ever came up to the desk, the manager never left behind the counter, and people were walking out because they couldn’t get seated. I haven’t been here in a little while but this was absolutely terrible. I called after I left to tell them I was canceling my order and they had the phones off the hook and going straight to voicemail. I won’t be back.

They have a very combative employee named Jim who is horrible to customers & they robbed me of my money & I received no food!!! I would never recommend them to anyone...EVER!!!
RecommendedI'm from the Florida panhandle, a stone's throw from Alabama, and I would have to struggle to remember a place back home that had Southern comfort food as good as my breakfast here.
Haven’t ate at one in years, not even remotely what I remembered. The server was excellent, but presentation, portions and quality were left back in the kitchen. Will it go back nor recommend.
