We have had Ted's do work on multiple of our rental units and now my own home. After this last issue it will more than likely be the last we use Ted's. We had to have a plumber come out twice and both times he did one insane hack job repairing the fitting and clearing a clog and descaling our pipes. The original line was never snaked or descaled as the clog showed back up the moment he left. Can’t say enough good things about Ted’s and Tanner in particular! I’ve had them come out for two separate (and really annoying) jobs and they were nothing but knowledgeable and professional from start to finish.
The team at Ted's did a great job. The tech showed up on time, fixed the problem quickly, and the price was very reasonable.
