Bison chili is awesome on a rainy cold day!
One of our favorite places, the Bison is amazing.
When it comes to the Canyon Creek burger, the truth is in the science: blackberry jam + fresh jalapeños = delicious as hell.
Get the Red Rock bison burger!
The Bison strip steak was good, a little too much fat left on it. Onion rings were good, lemonade was too sweet.
Delicious roasted beet and goat cheese salad with shredded roast chicken. The onion rings are great and the horseradish dipping sauce is fantastic!
Get the Bison Pot Roast
Eat a burger! They are awesome. I ate the red rock. It was fantastic!
Try the bison pot roast, especially if I made it! Lol!
