Bison Burger was great but the onion rings were cold. Not even warm. Plus there were only 5 rings on the plate. Hope if I'd ordered them as a side, $4.50, there would have been double that. Wife's Bison Meatloaf was good also.
Burgers were ordered medium, and medium rare-all came out well & with soggy bread like they had been setting for a while. Took almost 45 minutes to get our order once placed, so very slow.
Great food and service! Filet mignon had fat in it (first time I’ve had fatty filet) but good flavor and cooked just right. The cheesecake is “to die for”! My husband loves the Bison!
