I would suggest adding a Mon-Fri happy hour so your place can gain regulars in your bar area. I was there during prime time and the bar barely had any customers. The ones who came in were not addressed as their names at all as they would be if you had established regulars. No bar is "too good" to run happy hour promotions on appetizers and beer/house wine selections. You would be amazed at how much more money you would make during those down hours when labor is high. The bison meatloaf with squash casserole was absolutely yummy! I wasn't super impressed, until the meatloaf came. So delicious.

Advertising a Turkey Dinner that was not available because they ran out at 3pm when we just got there. Food was mediocre. I will not return. Service was good.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our Bison filets and the service. Walked right in and were served quickly and food delivered promptly. I highly recommend the Bison filet. So tender and delicious. All around great meal. Wine was very good too.
