Dinner with fiancee. Close to a half hour to get food after ordering. My broccoli was cold also. Don't even think roasting was done as described by menu. Gravy made mashed potatoes tolerable as I cut sections with my fork. Think they might have been leftover from lunch hours earlier. I've cooked many strips myself and most every time get them about 12oz. Even with the large amount of fat on both steaks (wish I would have taken pic) calling that an 11oz size is a stretch. everything bison just plain awesome
the service was terrible we waited 15 minutes at the bar, and no one greeted or acknowledged us.
A very nice place with great food and service.
Food was awesome! The bison nachos were delicious and so was the burger! A lot of food and couldn't finish it all!!
They serve Bison as well as Beef. It was very good. The service was also very good and professional.

Food was good. Portions were large. Management needs to change how the servers handle their work loads. Can’t bus, serve appetizers, take orders and deliver food. Waited too long while he was dashing this way and that! Nice young man. Very friendly. But too much going on.
