RecommendedI purchased a Husqvarna rider 1 year ago. It never started very well and eventually would not start at all. Rich from Ted’s picked up the unit and immediately knew what the problem was! They fixed it, changed oil and reattached the bagger tube (which I broke) and delivered the mower back to me. They clearly communicated the turnaround time and went over and above on the servicing of my unit! I was told that was a 3 week timeframe to get my mower in. I was fine with that and gave them my contact information. it is now 10 weeks since that call and have never heard from them on bringing my mower in. I took my mower to Gene's in Coleman 2 weeks ago and they got it done and done right. I will go to Gene's from here on out.
Teds home and lawn dose a wonderful job. They are always nice in there and treats u like family..
Ted's is the best! Great service. We have referred several people to them. We purchased a snow blower today and it was delivered an hour and a half later! We will continue to do business with this reputable family owned business! Thanks Ted's!!!
Wow- don't waste your time here! Told us 2 weeks, and ended up taking close to 6 weeks. Everytime we called, they told us "it will be early next week. They are also rude! My husband finally went this morning to get our push mower to take it somewhere else to get fixed, and they said "we can have it done by today". Wtf? It was a super simple fix as well. I just purchased another Cub Cadet rider and the machine is great as well as the service . Upon delivery they give you a complete walk through on how to operate & maintain your machine. You won't find that with the big box stores.
