Working with Theodora (Teddy) Malobicky was a fantastic experience. Throughout the process, Teddy was incredibly patient, communicative, and knowledgeable. She guided me through every step and helped me secure my home, and under the asking price! Smoothest closing ever! Thank you, Teddy!
If you choose Teddy Malobicky for your real estate agent, it will be one of the wisest choices you can make. I say that statement because of how wise she is, she was on top of every stage of the selling process of my home. She even caught errors made from the other agent. If there was a hiccup, she knew how to resolve it. Backed by powerhouse Coldwell Banker, I always felt secure in the process. I highly recommend Teddy for all your real estate needs.
Teddy was absolutely wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and easy to get a hold of. Her experience really shows. I love my new home but in the future if I need a realtor again I wouldn’t chose anyone except Teddy!
Teddy is mind-blowing! She sold my house with ease. She was patient, helped with all inspections and explained any issues I had and worked with me for a mitigation. There are little, if any, agents with such experience and patient. She is my go to agent now. I highly recommend her for your real estate deals.
Teddy was great to work with and I would strongly recommend her as a real estate agent. She made the home selling process extremely easy for my family and me.
