2 things made Teddy Jacks awesome tonight: Our server, Layelle who could not have been more helpful & friendly (give that man a raise!) and the perfectly poured Long Island Iced Teas (the standard by which we judge all watering holes). We will be back.
Where to start... First off, it took three times for them to get our order correct. Once they did get it correct, it was greasy, and thrown together. Today, my girlfriend whose order was wrong, has food poisoning from the food. The service was AWFUL and I had to wait 15 minutes for a refill on WATER. The server was never around for me to even ask for a refill. I am thoroughly disappointed in this place, as I thought it was a nice establishment. I will not being going back.
Had bad service and forgot our appetizer then waited 10 minutes for straws. Then lost my debt card and still haven't gotten it back. Decent food but bad service

Teddy Jack's donated a gift certificate to our school's fall festival and I won it. We went for lunch after church and were incredibly pleased with the entire experience. The place is bright and open. Our server was sweet, attentive, and personable. Everything we ordered was fantastic. I got the guadalajara enchiladas which are flour tortillas, rolled with avocado and covered in a sour cream sauce=best. thing.ever. I don't have a single complaint about our experience. Wouldn't have changed a thing.

Depends on what you order. My husband's blackened fish was good. I ordered the chicken strips and not good at all. No flavor in the batter and no gravy. Who serves chicken strips without gravy!?!? No hurry to return.
Incredible food (very tender catfish; fantastic cheese sticks)
Drinks were okay at best, the food was super bland. I have been twice and been rather disappointed both times. Cheese sticks had a good batter texture but no flavor, the rest of the meal seemed to have come from frozen....nothing seemed made fresh. It was also 80 degrees in there easy, so hot & uncomfortable. The only thing I really liked was our waiter....
