So disappointed. Had to send chips and hot sauce back because there was a hair in it........ Manager brought us fresh with a so-so apology. Sure enough when I got my food, it had hair in it and on it. Was that a coincidence???? Ruined it for me. Should have read reviews before we went.
Service wasn't great! Portions were surprisingly smaller today!?!? I do come here and usually it's great maybe just an off day for our server!!
Great place all around atmosphere, food, and service!! Will definitely be back whenever we're in lubbock. Best pizza I've had in a very long time and our server (tall) Shelby was great and it was her first day.
Food not to bad. Music was to loud and the service was horrible. Our first and onion rings and burgers were cold when the waitress brought our food. Had to call the manager so we could get hot food.

Our server was Araceli and she was awesome! The food was great, service was great. We will definitely be back!
We went as a family to this God forsaken excuse of a restaurant the service was bad especially the manager who was an arrogant idiot and had the worst night ever this place isn't family oriented at all!!!
