I am continuously impressed with Teddy’s ability to balance sweetness in every single thing he makes. His desserts are exceptional. On top of that, he’s incredibly professional, kind and considerate in how he provides options for all dietary considerations. TG Patissier treats are a luxury I have been searching for on the island for a long time. So happy to have found you Teddy. 10/10 recommend.

We tried this at the Market on Station Street in Langford. It was wonderful, full of flavour. Definitely will have again.
