I have had an absolute NIGHTMARE experience here with ALL of the staff. Dr. Patel was great at first. Then as time went on, it seemed like they cared less and less about my daughter. I have to chase them around, calling them 4-5 times a DAY!! And even then I might not even get a response. They put my daughter on 2 medications, then do not refill it on time no matter how many times I call. They don’t send the pre authorizations needed for my daughter to get the medications either, causing the insurance to deny them. I call, t... read more
I’m so happy that I found Dr. Patel after my previous sleep medicine doctor stopped supporting Inspire implants. I was very impressed with both Dr. Patel and her staff and am looking forward to working with them with my Inspire implant.
Dr. Patel is an exceptional pediatrician. We’ve had wonderful experiences during every visit, and my daughter feels completely comfortable and relaxed with her. Dr. Patel is patient, caring, and always takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. It’s such a relief as a parent to know your child is in such capable and compassionate hands. We truly appreciate her dedication and highly recommend her to any family looking for outstanding pediatric care.
Dr. Minal Patel was very thorough with my son's wellness check. She even followed up personally after the visit. Highly recommend her!
