I got an appointment very quickly. I don’t have to fill out a bunch of forms on line, which was so nice! Everybody was/is so friendly. The doctor is very knowledgeable and explained everything we need to do and why.
Dr. Patel and her staff were very courteous, responsive and professional. I went to her for a sleep study and she and her staff were great. I highly recommend them.
I had a very poor experience with this pediatric practice and would not recommend them. Appointments consistently felt rushed, and I was repeatedly left without answers or proper guidance as a new parent. My concerns were often brushed off rather than addressed, and I did not feel taken seriously at any point. Routine care also felt incomplete and inconsistent. I have had an absolute NIGHTMARE experience here with ALL of the staff. Dr. Patel was great at first. Then as time went on, it seemed like they cared less and less about my daughter. I have to chase them around, calling them 4-5 times a DAY!! And even then I might not even get a response. They put my daughter on 2 medications, then do not refill it on time no matter how many times I call. I’m so happy that I found Dr. Patel after my previous sleep medicine doctor stopped supporting Inspire implants. I was very impressed with both Dr. Patel and her staff and am looking forward to working with them with my Inspire implant.
