Taken my kids here for years and have always enjoyed it! He’s a great dentist!
They were gentle with my son, but they refused to let me back there with him while they were working on his teeth. I was not happy with this! They sedate every kid, no matter what, and they overly sedate them! One little boy couldn't even walk on his own. My son spit out all of the medicine and the little bit that was swallowed sedated him pretty bad. He was really loopy. They told me that if the medicine didn't work, then they would just "barrel through it". This is not okay with me! I will not return back to this place!!

Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
After getting other opinions from other dental hygenists (my aunt & my dental hygenist), my child was put in danger at Teddy Bear Dental in that they let her SCREAM while in their care and under the nitrous oxide. I would absolutely look for another place to take your child. Rimrock Pediatric Dentistry is *wonderful*. (they are not paying me to say this nor have they hired me :P )
Technically, I think they handled everything well. I felt like they failed to adequately appreciate my childs emotions regarding the dental visit, even though she is very young. For parents that are wanting to be with their child while the work is being done, this is not the place to go. They wouldn't let me back with my child even though she was screaming and clearly distressed.
