I have used Tedac Construction numerous time over the years. I have always been impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism of Rick Cadet and his whole team. They did a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel and addition for me and have never had a single problem. I highly recommend them and would hire them again in a second.

Our family employed Tedac Construction (owner Richard Tedac) for a house renovation in San Francisco. We are beyond extreme disappointment in the lack of quality work done, and even more frustrated with Mr. Cadet’s lack of response (active or written) to correct work already paid for. For example, sloppy job with hallway wall (and other walls) where surface is un-even, has strange markings/textures, left as is and painted. We engaged Tedac Construction to remodel our home. At first things seem to go well, but then we realized that the owner was running late on the project, had hugely overcharged us, and was not supervising his workers. By then it was too late and Rick Cadet had disappeared owing us money and with a job unfinished. The deck is cracking, the railings are rusting, and the windows and walls are eye sores.
