Steven was great in explaining the mechanics of the alignment Proceedure and the technician was very thorough explaining the steering off to the right a bit. My vehicle felt great like a brand new vehicle, I never had any accidents and I take great care of my vehicle at the Ford Dealer and its maintenance. Keep up the great work🙏🙏🙏!
