I had not been to Ted Wiens for a few years but the service writer found my account and got my car checked in. The car was in for intermittent warm air blowing from the A/C. They didn't find a leak so they evacuated the system, recharged it and added dye. It is blowing cold now and hopefully it will stay that way. All in all, good service and friendly staff. everyone there was super friendly and definitely got my oil change done in a timely manner! The showroom was clean. The bathrooms were clean, if I could only give one critique, it would be that you would need some comfortable chairs!

Needed to have an undercarriage shield installed. Was greeted by Mr. Green when I walked in. He was able to accommodate my request and had me in and out in less than an hour and saved me $90 over the dealership repair fee.
