The most considerate and compassionate staff. You feel welcomed and well cared for. Their Business Coordinator was a true resource is guiding me through the insurance process with grace and understanding. Having just completed the implant process, I can only reiterate my review. BEST dental experience. Very caring and professional!
My experience with the people at the front desk was very poor. My benefits were not explained at all. When I requested more details I was given the run-around. I called multiple times, and so far nobody has returned my call. I am hoping somebody from their office will read this review. The doctors do deserve five plus stars.
